What change? Change from Bush's policies, or change the way government works?
Either way a political animal is what will be needed. One must have an understanding of the problem before meaningful change can occur.
Every Presidential election we tend to want someone outside the Washington system. Why? Would you hire a barber to run an auto shop?
Would you make a 2 year employee head of the company?
Reagan never changed Washington, he he gave the office his leadership style. Bush hasn't changed Washington, though he claimed he would.
It's politics were talking about so let the bull shit politicians do it.
When they start changing the operating rules of the Senate and the House, then you'll see CHANGE.
When they start changing the bureaucratic rules of government departments, then you'll see CHANGE.

Nice post. Biden will prove to be the gift that keeps on giving. Change, are you kidding me? In any debate, Biden will talk to the bell before he actually says anything. He takes 15 minutes to clear his throat.
