A Little Help From The Land of Obob

This one goes out to all the parents/grandparents/aunts or uncles and other cast of characters who gets to help open toys post-chaos. I do not know the technical name of these wire cutters (pictured below). All I know, they work as well as MOAB on a bunker. A thousand apologies for forgetting to post this earlier. We started opening gifts today, my side of the family.

But to the heartless bastard who came up with these wires that bind the toys to cardboard like the chains that bound Prometheus, I will find you. I will extract my revenge. The wimps in Congress thought waterboarding was horrific and inhumane, no comparison. You get me terrorist and a multi-wired toy to open with an impatient 2, 4 & 7 year old. They'll tell me not only where bin laden is, but if they buy into that 72 virgin crap.

They certainly are difficult! I am glad to provide you with any "material" of interest for your class.

Oh man, do I understand and feel your pain ;-)

I've got 3 kids as well, Barbie stuff, Monster trucks, computer games.......'ol Dad had a long night on Christmas Eve with "of age" brothers, cousins and in-laws, Christmas morning came way too fast to deal with 3 WAY over anxious kids and the opening the nearly impossible to open toys.

thanks for the help jungle mom and joe, my daughters have enough barbies and cohorts to win by a majority in the House of Reps. We may have a "epidemic" like I am Legend to thin the herd

LOL Obob.....I too, have had that frustration, but what makes it worse is that mine are 8 and 10. I just handed them the clippers and had them do it. It was much less stressful for me! :-)

I hear ya, Obob. The manufactures package those toys as if they were live grenades!

lol, I don't think we had even one of those kinds of packages this year (finally) although it took us a while to figure out where to plug the DDR pad into the Wii.

So, it gets easier obob, but then the toys get more expensive.

Kissinger Doing the Weather

Kissinger Doing the Weather
Back in the early 90s, I awoke with a wicked hang over one morning. As I sat on the floor watching the morning news, I swore I saw Harold Kissinger doing the weather. No one believed me. Professors discounted me. I have been vindicated.
