Obob Frustrated

  • the Cubs got swept by the Marlins. This close to the playoffs and I have to hope the Padres can kill off the Brewers. I hope the Padres believe in the 18th Amendment. But we have Bill Murray as a Cubs fan:
Chicago began the day with a two-game lead over second-place Milwaukee. Murray said he's so eager to root the Cubs to a division title that he may fly to Cincinnati for their final regular-season series this weekend.
"I've never been to Cincinnati, and I was trying to keep that record intact," Murray said. "But I may have to go."
Some say the Cubs wouldn't be the same lovable team if they won the World Series, a notion Murray dismissed.
"I don't accept that," he said. "That's sick thinking. You've got to watch out for people like that."

  • my girls got creamed by the Brazilians. Either way, I am always proud of them because the play like they have a pair.

  • the Bears will be missing five starters on defense Sunday against the Lions. And Sexy Rexy got the hook. And the Packers are undefeated so thus, we get media man love of Brett Farvaraar from the media. It is more grotesque then Helen Thomas yearning for Bill Clinton. I was going to put the birth control inducing picture of her and Billy, but this was far more immature.

    Kissinger Doing the Weather
Back in the early 90s, I awoke with a wicked hang over one morning. As I sat on the floor watching the morning news, I swore I saw Harold Kissinger doing the weather. No one believed me. Professors discounted me. I have been vindicated.
