One of the magnificent political shows I can never get enough of is CSPAN's the Prime Minister's Q & A. The hilarious idea of the head of a government not only getting verbal assaults from the opposition party, the Conservatives in the UK, but from all angles. And some of the most random crap. Plus, every statement comes out as a question:
"Would the Prime Minister agree the idea of eating children may bring a decrease to the population of my district in Nottingham?"
That has never been asked, but I am waiting with the TiVo on.
Tony Blair may be part of the Labour Party, but he is without a doubt a great friend of our country and deserves none of the abuse he takes quite gracefully. But he pulls no punches in rebuttals with Cameron of the Conservatives when they go toe to toe. Blair gets rather pissed with him. And Cameron acts like a pompous jackhole. I tend to laugh a lot and my wife shakes her head and wonders what ever made me appealing to her.
Some Cast Members from this past week:
Kitty Ussher - Labor from Burnley & Padiham
Daffy and uptight
David Cameron - Tory (Conservatives) from West Oxfordshire.
See description above
Richard Spring - Tory from West Suffolk far right, oddly by himself
This guy looks like Dick Cavett and uses his hands like Louis Farrakhan, Obob laughed and rewound to laugh more.
Sir Menzies Campbell Liberal Democrat Leader from North East Fife far right
He is one of those old time pols who gets meaner and nastier. He tore into Blair on nukes last week. Blair replied smartly and correctly. Plus this picture has him with the woman who wishes herself Queen of the Americas, Hillary. And like Joe Biden, he loves to hear himself talk. The difference is he doesn't stick his foot in mouth everytime CSPAN has a camera on him.

hiya Obob..least u still remember how to laugh !
My hubby does the same thing, Obob.
I've only watched this spectacle once. I think there would likely be fistfights if we tried a similar event here in America.
Watching this Pelosi duke it out with Bush would be a ratings grabber.
