This is not Obob. Maybe in the late 80s or early 90s.
I am on spring break with no particular place to go, thus I will post at random and often unless I am knee deep in the Honey-Do list or my wife is playing Pogo.
Real Clear Politics is not only a great site for various op-eds and points of view, but it shows some great sites on the net. One of these new ones is Politico.com.
And from this I found a link called Lobbyists. What does your representative from DC do when he or she gets kicked out of office by an opponent? Comes back as a lobbyists. Reminds me one of those Night of the Living Dead movies, which is worse, a zombie or a lobbyist? So cry not for Santorum, he is now making real money.
Santorum Joins Eckert Seamans
Losing a reelection bid to the U.S. Senate isn't enough to keep Rick Santorum out of Washington. The Republican has joined the D.C. office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, a law firm based in Pittsburgh. Santorum will provide business and strategic counseling services to the firm's clients.
The law firm below gets some mention for their community service. My 8th grade students go to various businesses in Indianapolis for a business like field trip. A museum is a museum, but you have to meet the people that underwrite them. If time is money, Ice Miller gave money to my students, thank you.
Ice Miller Opens Lobbying Shop in D.C.
Ice Miller, a law firm based in Indianapolis, has opened a public affairs and lobbying shop in Washington called Ice Miller Strategies.
Ahhhh, it's the living dead ... no, it's only Keith Richards!
